All effected staff members will undergo comprehensive training to be sure they understand why and how each change is being made. We want your staff to understand the reasons and benefits for the changes to the company, as well as how the changes will benefit them and the positions they hold.
Follow Up & Through
We keep as close and consistent a follow up schedule, as you desire. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable with the changes and to be sure they are functioning correctly. Contact between APS and your staff is maintained and encouraged to ensure compliance, accuracy and comfort of all involved.
